The Wind Chime
- Description
- Foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003, titled “The Wind Chime.” This design plan proposes the creation of a large wind chime chamber. In the chamber, chimes that represent each victim are illuminated and engraved. When the chimes hit one another, they will make noise.
