America's Memorial to September 11th
- Description
- Foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003, titled “America's Memorial to September 11th.” This design plan features two large, 110-foot steel walls representative of each tower. These walls will serve as chalkboards for visitors to write testimonials or draw pictures. The walls will be washed nightly, and sections will be photographed regularly to be saved on a database. The opposite side of the wall will include the names of the victims.
