Description
Skechers brand pair of men's brown/black leather boots, covered in dust. 
Historical Notes
NYPD Officer John Stiastny arrived at the World Trade Center site early in the afternoon of 9/11. Struck by falling debris soon after, he sustained a broken leg and injuries to his neck. Like many who responded, he saved his boots as a reminder of what he had experienced.
