Lapel Pin
- Description
- Local 580 lapel pin. The pin includes a raised graphic of buildings and bridges. "INTL. ASSN. BRIDGE STRUCTURAL & ORNAMENTAL IRON WORKERS" is printed in gold on the pin's blue border.
- Historical Notes
- Christian Wolf (January 15, 1915–November 9, 1984) worked on the construction of the Twin Towers as a member of Local 580 Ornamental Ironworkers, a union affiliated with the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental, and Reinforcing Iron Workers. Construction of the Twin Towers was his final job before his retirement.
