- Baseball cap for a memorial fund event held in memory of Laurence Michael Polatsch. The cap is maroon with "LP | Laurence Polatsch | Memorial Fund" embroidered on the front in white. "2007" is embroidered on the side and "We Will Never Forget" is embroidered on the back.
- Historical Notes
- Born in East Meadow on Long Island, Laurence Polatsch lived in Manhattan. Friends called him Mr. Hollywood for his appearances at celebrity parties and for once asking actress Julia Roberts out on a date after spotting her at a store. Laurence was an equities trader and partner at Cantor Fitzgerald. On September 11, he was at work on the North Tower’s 104th floor. Laurence was 32 years old.
